Description
React is currently one of the go-to libraries for creating app front-end or SPAs. It’s very efficient and built with good practices to handle the view state. In this full day workshop we will explore what React is, where it is suitable, and how to use it to build efficient web components.
Content & Process
In this full day workshop, we will dive into React library. We will start introducing the main concept in the library. Later on, we will delve into the ways we build components using React. At the end of the day, attendees will learn about essential third party libraries such as react-router, storybook and jest.
Audience & Requirements
Basics of HTML, JavaScript or browsers will not be covered. Prior knowledge of these technologies is required in order to follow along.
Please bring your own laptop, preferably with Node.js and administrator permissions to install new software. Don’t forget your favorite IDE for JavaScript development.
