Styling and formatting can be a very intimidating task – especially with the copious amount of libraries and possibilities out in the world. SCSS and Flexbox can quickly integrate into your React App and make styling and formatting more accessible and hopefully, more fun!
Content & Process
In this all-day workshop we will clone a git repo that contains a React App with vanilla CSS. After an introductory presentation to SCSS and Flexbox, we’ll start coding and upgrade our CSS into a more powerful version of itself using SCSS, and utilize the flexibility of Flexbox to ensure our app’s responsiveness. We will be using git, NPM, React and a code editor to do our work. I will be using VS Code as my editor.
It’ll be a fun day of coding, with a helpful example app to take away!
