A lot of benefits can come from writing automated tests. Improving code quality, avoiding regression and making sure project requirements are met are just a few of them. Testing frontend code can be especially challenging. In this session, we will take a closer look at testing Angular components, using Jest as testing framework. Various live coding examples will show how components can be tested within the Angular environment, including handling of a test environment set up, mocking functions and working with async code.
