All contact surfaces of the conference hotel, such as door handles or tables, are disinfected regularly and several times a day. Special attention is paid to the disinfection of catering areas. Disinfectants are also provided for participants at numerous stations.

A face mask that covers your mouth and nose must be worn on the way into the event rooms, in all public areas outside the event rooms, in the sanitary facilities and where food is being given out. If you have forgotten your own face mask, a replacement will be waiting for you at the check-in. The staff at the Park Plaza Victoria are also instructed to wear face masks.

In the session, workshop, and keynote rooms there is a guaranteed distance of at least 1.5m between the seats. This is achieved by using additional space at the venue, by allowing virtual attendance, and by actively limiting the number of attendees. If necessary, areas of the Park Plaza Victoria can be used. Additionally, the exhibition area and the general traffic areas will be laid out in such a way that social distancing rules can be upheld without any problems.

The routing in the event hotel will be designed in such a way that participants encounter each other as little as possible when entering and leaving the event location (separate entrances and exits).

In cooperation with the Park Plaza Victoria, culinary creations are served individually in the usual exceptional quality. Great importance is attached to the current hygiene regulations in gastronomy.
